About Me

A passion for medicine and the wellbeing of my patients

My name is Nicola and I have a passion for medicine and the wellbeing of my patients.

 

My holistic approach to life coaching can help you to achieve positive change in areas that are affecting you, be it work/life balance, relationships, long term illness/chronic health conditions, life changes or bereavement. You will feel able to take control and implement the changes that you need to make.

I have an Advanced Life Coaching Certificate and Level 5 in Counselling.

​

In addition I am a qualified Akasha Yoga Teacher (Hatha & Yin Yoga) and I qualified in Five Element Acupuncture with Distinction. A wide variety of skills enables me to provide you with a holistic approach to life coaching - helping to improve body and mind.

Qualifications and Experience

I have an Advanced Life Coaching Certificate and Level 5 in Counselling. I am also a qualified meditation teacher and EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) Advanced Practitioner.

​

I have been a Qualified Massage Therapist for over twenty years, initially qualifying in Swedish massage before moving onto aromatherapy, Indian head massage, pregnancy massage and la stone therapy. I decided to combine my love of massage with my enjoyment of sports and have also trained in clinical Sports and Remedial Massage in Loughborough and presently holds a Level 5 qualification in Sports and Remedial Massage.

I also completed a diploma in Advanced Manipulative Therapy (based on osteopathic techniques), regular CPD on movement and functions of the body, sports acupuncture based on western medical techniques and thought process, 

AQA level 3 in counselling and counselling skills and advanced life coach certification

 

I am a member of the British Acupuncture Council and adhere to the Council’s Codes of Safe Practice and Professional conduct. British Acupuncture Council members are also registered with the Professional Standards Authority which is a government body set up to regulate health and social care providers, and is accountable to Parliament.
