Meditation & Mindfulness Sessions - £55 per session or a block of 3 for £150

EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) - £70 per session

Wellbeing Coaching Plan - £500

Lifestyle Coaching Plan - £500

Relationship Coaching Plan - £500

​An initial consultation and coaching session is £85 and you should allow 90 mins for the initial consultation. Subsequent coaching sessions are £70 and will last up to an hour.

1-2-1 Yoga Sessions - £40 per session.

Ways To Pay
​
You can pay by cash at your first appointment and then cash or bank transfer thereafter.

Cancellation Policy
​
Appointments can be changed or cancelled but please do allow me the opportunity to reallocate your coaching session to another client if you no longer need it. Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a cancellation fee. Working hours’ notice is Monday-Friday 9am-5pm.
​Appointments booked for a Monday, or a Tuesday following a Bank Holiday, should be cancelled or changed by midday on the Saturday prior.
